The Service

PlasmaDesk is CAM software that helps you create G-code for plasma cutting. You import DXF files, arrange parts, and export G-code for your CNC plasma table.

Plasmadesk is operated by John Li as a sole proprietorship.

License

When you purchase PlasmaDesk, you receive:

A perpetual license to use the software
License is for one person (you can use on multiple devices)

Free Trial

You can try PlasmaDesk for free with a limit of 5 G-code exports. After that, a license is required to continue exporting.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase if the software doesn't work for your needs. Contact us at plasmadesk123@gmail.com.

⚠️ Important Safety Disclaimer

PlasmaDesk is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. CNC plasma cutting is dangerous.

You are responsible for:

Verifying all toolpaths before cutting
Running simulations to check for errors
Safe operation of your machine
Following all safety procedures

PlasmaDesk and its creators are not liable for any damage to machines, materials, property, or injury to persons resulting from use of this software or G-code it generates.

Your Responsibilities

Keep your account secure
Don't share your license with others
Don't reverse engineer the software
Don't use the software for illegal purposes

Service Availability

PlasmaDesk runs in your browser and requires an internet connection to verify your license. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The software includes a 10-minute offline grace period for brief connection interruptions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app.
